FAQ - Product Questions 1.How can I place an order? You can order by phone, fax, email or directly through the website. Please see our contact information here. 2.What are the washing instructions for hand-dyed apparel? Wash as you would a new red t-shirt bought anywhere. Our shirts are color-fast, but as usual it is best to not wash colored garments with your whites. Tumble dry as normal. Our shirts have been washed three times before they leave our warehouse! 3.What about sizing? All of our shirts are pre-shrunk. They are washed under extreme conditions and therefore will not shrink anymore. Our sizes run on the smaller side of normal. If you are between sizes then it is best to buy a size up. 4.Can I screen print on these shirts? Our shirts are perfect for screen printing! Be creative. Just to be clear, our shirts will not fade, run or bleed. Our tie-dyes are dyed with reactive dyes giving them the same soft feel and printability as any other cotton tee. Unlike the pigment tie-dyes sold by our competitors, the dye in our shirts will NOT bleed into your plastisol. You can even use a blow out gun on our garments with no worry of the color coming out as it does on pigment tie-dyes. You can apply heat transfers to our shirts without permanent color change to the garment. Our shirts have such bright colors because of the quality of the dye we choose and the advanced techniques used in our production methods. The really good news is that our shirts will keep their brilliant color for years and years. Wash after wash our colors truly do not run. 6.Can you dye my blank goods? Of Course! We are happy to offer contract dye services to customers. Click here for details. 7.Can I order a sample? We do offer the option to order samples. To order a sample please sign up for an account and email your sample request to us at sales@buyerstrading.com , with the subject line sample request. Please include the item# and colors you are wanting. Custom samples are 20.00 and include free ground shipping. Ask your customer sales rep how to get your samples free. If you would prefer to order samples by phone, please do so by calling 866.284.3393. 8.Do you offer programs? We do. We can warehouse your blank goods and dye as needed. We are also happy to offer auto fulfillment. Call to discuss. 9.Do you offer drop-shipping? Yes. We can drop-ship your finished goods directly to your customer. We are also happy to drop-ship your custom dyed blanks directly to your contract screen printer. 10.When will I receive my order? Depending on your location and your shipping preference, your order should arrive in 5-10 business days. Feel free to contact us for an exact ship date or tracking information. Our normal turn around time is one week from your order date. Rush orders are available. Please let us know if you have an event date. We are always willing to work with you on faster turn times when possible. 11.Do you accept returns? All returns must be pre-approved and assigned an RMA number. Absolutely no returns on decorated garments. Re-stocking fees may apply in certain circumstances.
